Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Withdrawing consent does not

4. COOKIES AND ANALYTICS
The Site is built and hosted on GoDaddy's Websites + Marketing platform. It uses cookies
and similar technologies that are strictly necessary for the Site to function, such as
maintaining your session and remembering your cookie preferences.
We also use GoDaddy's built-in website analytics to understand how the Site is used in
aggregate, such as which pages are visited and how visitors arrive. We do not use these
tools to identify individual visitors.
Where required by law, we ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies, and
you can change or withdraw that choice at any time through the cookie preferences control on
the Site. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings, though parts
of the Site may not work correctly if you do. For details on the cookies GoDaddy sets as our
platform provider, see GoDaddy's
Use of Cookies Policy.
We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where required by applicable law.
5. WHO WE SHARE IT WITH
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context
behavioral advertising. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf under contract, and only as needed to run our business:
- GoDaddy.com, LLC — domain registration, website hosting and building, form submission capture and contact storage, website analytics, and email marketing where we use it.
- Microsoft Corporation — business email and calendaring through Microsoft 365, used for correspondence with you.
We may also disclose personal information where required by law, court order, or
government request, including United States export control authorities; where necessary to
establish, exercise, or defend legal claims; or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or
sale of assets, in which case we will notify you. If we add or change a service provider that processes personal information, we will update this section.
6. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
We are based in the United States, and our service providers store and process
information in the United States and potentially other countries. If you are located in the
European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with data transfer
restrictions, your information will be transferred outside your country.
Where such a transfer takes place, we rely on appropriate safeguards, including the
European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses incorporated into our agreements with
GoDaddy and Microsoft, or another lawful transfer mechanism. You may contact us for more
information about the safeguards we use.
7. HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
- Waitlist entries: until the product is released and you have been notified, or until you ask us to remove you, whichever comes first. If a waitlist is discontinued, we delete the associated entries.
- Inquiries and correspondence: up to three years after our last exchange, so we have context if you contact us again.
- Records tied to a commercial engagement: as long as required by contract, tax, accounting, and export-control recordkeeping obligations.
- Analytics data: in aggregated or de-identified form, or for the retention period configured in our platform's analytics tool.
8. YOUR RIGHTS
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights. We extend
these rights to everyone who contacts us, regardless of location, as a matter of practice:
- to know what personal information we hold about you and obtain a copy;
- to have inaccurate information corrected;
- to have your information deleted;
- to restrict or object to how we process it, including profiling;
- to receive your information in a portable, machine-readable format;
- to withdraw consent at any time where we rely on it;
- to opt out of marketing communications, which you can do through the unsubscribe link in any message or by writing to us; and
- not to be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.
To exercise any of these, email
info@coorbital.com. We will respond within the time
required by applicable law, and in any event within 30 days. We may ask you to verify your
identity before acting on a request.
If you are in the EEA or UK and believe we have handled your information improperly, you
may lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority. If you are in South
Korea, you may contact the Personal Information Protection Commission. We would appreciate
the chance to address your concern first.
9. SECURITY
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect personal information,
including encrypted transport (HTTPS), access controls on our platform and email accounts,
and limiting access to those who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely
secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. CHILDREN
The Site is intended for professional and academic audiences and is not directed to
children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you
believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised version with a new
"Last updated" date, and for material changes we will take reasonable steps to notify you.
